Buzzfeed came up from London to our weekday lunch spot at MediaCityUK in Salford to try our “Kiddie Smalls” mini fish, chips and peas with homemade tartare sauce for £4. I didn’t really understand the context of which the video was being shot at the time, but it all makes sense after seeing the final edit. I’m obviously very happy that our food came out on top. The video was seen by over 1 million people in 24 hours and is now creeping towards the 3 million mark. Pretty astonishing numbers really. It’s over 11 minutes long which is practically a feature film in this current climate of small easily digestible video content for those with no attention spans whatsoever – myself included.
